helene cleaned my horse's blanket for me. He likes to lay in his pee and it had been sitting since last winter. that thing was a potato chip, it was gross. it came back soft and looking new. it came back in a big zip lock type bag which will keep it clean until i put it on my horse. turn-around was fast, exactly as long as helene said it would be. i will definitely be using this service again.
